We are thrilled to be a part of your special event. Before confirming your booking, we ask that you review the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Balloon Preparation & Collection/Delivery

1.1. To guarantee the best quality and longevity of your balloon arrangements, all balloons will be crafted at least 12 hours in advance before collection or drop-off. This ensures that they have the time to fully settle and helps avoid any potential damage during transportation.
 

1.2. While we take every precaution to ensure your balloons are in perfect condition, Doorstep Surprise Balloons cannot be held liable for any damage or malfunctions that may occur after the balloons have been delivered or collected.
 

1.3. No refunds or replacements will be offered for any balloons that break after they have been in your possession.

 

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance of your order.

2.2. Full Payment: The full balance of your order must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled event. Failure to make full payment by this time may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your booking.

 

3. Public Liability Insurance

3.1. We are fully covered with £10 million in public liability insurance for any incidents that may arise due to our services, ensuring peace of mind for you.
This insurance does not cover any damage or injury caused by the customer or third parties after delivery or collection.

 

4. Prop Rental

4.1. We offer a range of beautiful props for rent, including but not limited to tables, chairs, stands, and decorative items. When renting props, the customer agrees to:

• Return items in the same condition as they were received.

• Cover the full cost for any lost or damaged props during the rental period.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible.

5.1. Deposits are non-refundable, no matter the reason for cancellation.

5.2. If the event is canceled after the full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, and you will still be responsible for any outstanding balances.

 

6. Liability

By accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges that Doorstep Surprise Balloons is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or handling of our balloons, props, or other rented items. Once the items are in the possession of the customer, full responsibility lies with them, including during setup, display, or removal.

 

7. Delivery & Collection

We ensure that your balloons and props are delivered and/or collected in a timely manner, as agreed upon. Please ensure that:

• The delivery and/or collection address is accessible and accurate.

• A contact person is available to meet us at the agreed time.

In the event that access is restricted or incorrect details are provided, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery charges or delays.

7.1. A delivery fee may apply, which will vary based on the location of your event. The delivery fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7.2. Collection of items and props after the event is free of charge, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

 

8. Agreement
